Refund policy
The ITTRESSA™ Return Policy applies exclusively to first-time orders of 50ml perfume bottles (maximum one unit per customer) and is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If you choose a replacement, you may select any other fragrance available in 50ml bottle size. No other SKUs or product types are eligible for replacement under this policy.
Please note:

Consecutive orders are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges are permitted only for products of equal value, and only for the first two consecutive orders.

After two exchanges, further orders will not qualify for return or replacement.
ITTRESSA™ covers the shipping costs for returns and exchanges of 50ml perfume bottle.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product packaging, including the outer shipping carton, must be intact and undamaged.

If the original packaging or outer carton is missing or damaged, ITTRESSA™ will be unable to honor the return/replacement request, and the product will be returned to the customer at their own shipping expense.
In the event that a product has been used beyond the permitted limit—defined as more than 10 sprays or 2ml (whichever is less) for both 50ml and 100ml perfumes—ITTRESSA™ reserves the right to decline any refund or replacement. The decision of ITTRESSA™ shall be final and binding in such cases.
To prevent misuse of our policy, any customer found repeatedly or unjustifiably using the return/replacement option may lose eligibility for future requests. ITTRESSA™ reserves the right to cancel or deny any return/replacement request, including multiple consecutive ones, at its sole discretion. If a returned product fails to meet policy standards, it will be shipped back to the customer, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For all eligible returns, refunds will be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the returned parcel at our warehouse, provided it passes the quality check process.

Orders placed through third-party websites or marketplaces are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to tampered or damaged products. Without the video proof, the request cannot be processed.
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with images and video evidence, so our team can assist you promptly.
Orders placed outside India are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Once a prepaid order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
In the event you request cancellation before dispatch, payment gateway fees and shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from the total refund.

Request Review
Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and confirm your eligibility. -
Reverse Pickup
If eligible, a reverse pickup will be arranged for the product. Please note that return transit times are generally longer than the initial delivery time. -
Confirmation & Processing
Upon receiving the returned product, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after successful quality verification. -
Replacements
Once a replacement order is processed, no changes or alterations can be made.
Please note that replacements for any single order are limited to three (3) times only.
