2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
All shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase and reflect the final payable amount for delivery.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns within 7 days of order receipt, provided that:

4.3 International Transit Time
Usually 4 – 22 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
4.4 Dispatch Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
4.5 Address Changes
Delivery address changes can be made before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you. You can use this link to monitor real-time delivery updates from our logistics partners.
6. Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged:

We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our courier’s damage assessment.

8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

9. Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the declared value by the courier service.
9.1 Damaged Parcels
Refunds or replacements will be initiated once the courier confirms the damage claim.
9.2 Lost Parcels
In case of a lost shipment, we will issue a refund or replacement after official courier verification.
