Welcome to ITTRESSA™. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

By using this website or placing an order with ITTRESSA™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all purchases made directly from ITTRESSA™ via our official website. Purchases from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces are not covered by these terms.

2. Product Information

All ITTRESSA™ products are crafted using imported ingredients and are designed for external use only. While we take every effort to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, fragrance perception may vary slightly from person to person.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on www.ittressa.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made through our secure payment gateway. ITTRESSA™ is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the payment gateway or bank systems.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.
If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately. Note that payment gateway charges and applicable shipping fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
ITTRESSA™ is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or other events beyond our control.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

The ITTRESSA™ Return Policy applies exclusively to first-time orders of 50ml perfume bottles (maximum one unit per customer) and is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Only 50ml perfume bottles are eligible under this policy.

  • Replacements can be made for another 50ml fragrance of equal value.

  • No other SKUs or product types are eligible.

  • Consecutive orders are not eligible for refunds.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for products of equal value and limited to two consecutive orders.

  • After two exchanges, further orders are not eligible for return or replacement.

  • ITTRESSA™ covers shipping costs for return/exchange of eligible 50ml bottles.

Product Condition

  • The outer packaging and carton must be intact and undamaged.

  • Missing or damaged packaging will disqualify the return, and the product will be returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Products used beyond the permitted limit — defined as more than 10 sprays or 2ml (whichever is less) — are not eligible.

  • Any misuse of the return/replacement policy may result in permanent ineligibility.

Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: [Submit Return Request link]

  2. Review: Our team will assess eligibility.

  3. Reverse Pickup: Arranged if eligible (return transit times may vary).

  4. Quality Check & Refund: Upon receipt, inspection will be completed. Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 7 business days.

  5. Replacements: Once issued, replacements cannot be changed or altered. A maximum of three (3) replacements is permitted for a single order.

Important Notes

  • Refunds apply only to orders placed via the official ITTRESSA™ website.

  • Orders placed on third-party marketplaces are not eligible.

  • Unboxing video proof is mandatory for claims of damage or tampering.

  • Damaged/tampered products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with video and image evidence.

  • International orders are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, logos, images, and content on www.ittressa.com are the property of ITTRESSA™. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ITTRESSA™ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delay in delivery, or inability to access the website.
Fragrance performance and longevity vary based on individual body chemistry and storage conditions, and are not grounds for refund.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected solely for processing and delivering your orders. We do not share or sell your information to third parties, except as required for payment and logistics services.
